Injection iron sucrose 100 mg post Dialysis slowly over 1 hour after test dose total 10 doses (total 1 gram) then 100 mg once in 15 days. No history of infection.
For high uric acid tablet febusotat 40 mg once daily
For acidosis Tablet nodosis ds 1gm thrice daily, to stop when Dialysis starts.

Tablet magesta 160 mg once daily for 10 days

Injection vancomycin 1 gm post Dialysis over 1 hr total 3 doses.
Injection ceftazidime 1 gm alternate days total 4 doses (post Dialysis on the day of Dialysis)
Do Dialysis with single lumen femoral Dialysis catheter atleast 2 times if fistula is not ready then new neck catheter
